Below is a list of our 17 sports and games events, catering to different age groups.

Participants are allowed to register for multiple sports categories as long as the event schedule does not conflict. Please refer to the final event schedule when registering for multiple games.

What are the sports categories available for different age groups?

Sports categories are divided based on age and gender. Here is a list of available sports for each category:

  • Elementary School (Grades 2-5): Badminton, Basketball, Carroms, Chess, Soccer, Table Tennis
  • Middle School (Grades 6-8): Badminton, Basketball, Carroms, Chess, Dodgeball, Soccer, Table Tennis, Volleyball (and Throwball for females)
  • High School (Grades 9-12): Badminton, Basketball, Carroms, Chess, Dodgeball, Flag Football, Soccer, Table Tennis, Tennis, Volleyball (plus Tug of War and Throwball for females)
  • Young Adults (Ages 19-30): Arm Wrestling, Badminton, Basketball, Cards (28), Cards (Rummy), Carroms, Chess, Cricket, Dodgeball, Flag Football, Soccer, Table Tennis, Tennis, Tug of War, Volleyball (plus Throwball for females)
  • Adults (Ages 31-55): Arm Wrestling, Badminton, Basketball, Cards (28), Cards (Rummy), Carroms, Chess, Soccer, Table Tennis, Tug of War (plus Volleyball for males)
  • Seniors (Ages 56 and above): Arm Wrestling, Badminton, Cards (28), Cards (Rummy), Carroms, Chess, Cricket (for males), Dodgeball, Soccer, Table Tennis, Tennis, Tug of War, Walking (plus Throwball for females)
